Clutching My Pearls Boutique, LLC stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, Clutching My Pearls Boutique, LLC we are not able to accept returns or exchanges due to the hygenic aspects of our products.
A skin patch test is HIGHLY recommended before using all products.
Please email us for the return address at [email protected] with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s). You will only receive store credit for your purchase. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Store credits are only released upon the receiving of the damaged returned item(s) via email at [email protected]. Clutching My Pearls Boutique, LLC will notify the buyer and issue store credit only when photo of damaged / defective package and product is email have been received.
Clutching My Pearls Boutique, LLC suggest using USPS priority shipping for convenience and tracking. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items. Defective/ Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt along with a photo of damaged package and damaged product. If not reported, we will NOT issue credit. Cancellations or changes can be made to your order once order is placed before it has been shipped. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Clutching My Pearls Boutique ,LLC does not issue refunds for damaged products. Only store credits for qualifying items.
